Before rooting, you should understand the two main risks

• Rooting can void your phone’s factory and/or service provider warranty in many cases. However, you can un-root the device with the super one click software . Additionally, if the rooting process doesn’t complete correctly it could damage the software. 
• This would require a factory recover, causing all data on the phone (contacts, apps, media) to be lost, or it may even render your device useless, to the point where it can’t be saved unless examined by a technician.

1. If you run Microsoft Windows XP, install .NET Framework v2.0 or above
2. If you run Mac or another Linux flavor, make sure you install Mono:

To get ADB working:
Install these libraries:

1. apt-get install lib32ncurses5
2. apt-get install lib32stdc++

If you run ubuntu, :

Install Mono
apt-get install mono

Install WinForms 2.0 for Mono
apt-get install libmono-winforms2.0-cil

Mark adblinux as executable
chmod 755 adblinux
Open application with mono :
For v1.5.1, it has to be launched from the same working directory as adblinux, so open terminal, browse to the folder and type sudo mono SuperOneClick.exe

NOTE :

1. You NEED to put your phone on USB Debugging mode.
2. You NEED to install make sure the Android drivers for your phone are installed
3. Make sure you DO NOT mount your SD card. 
4. If you still can't get something to run, try doing it in recovery mode.
