Samsung has launched a new version if its massively popular Samsung Galaxy S II smartphone for Japan, the Samsung Galaxy S II WiMax which will be available with Japan’s KDDI au. The new Samsung Galaxy S 2 WiMAX run Google Android 2.3 Gingerbread OS, features with a 4.7-inch Super AMOLED HD display , 1.4 GHz dual core processor, a built-in 16GB of storage space, a microSD card slot, a 2-megapixel front-facing camera for video calls and an 8-megapixel rear-facing camera with an HD video recording mode. Additional specs include GPS navigation, Near Field Communications (NFC), Bluetooth 3.0 and Wi-Fi connectivity.
