STEPS TO PERFORM NANDROID BACKUP - ANDROID DEVICES

IF YOU DO NOT KNOW WHAT ROOT IS ... YOU PROBABLY DON'T NEED IT 

While your are customizing your device (like change your theme , rom )the device may happen to corrupt or messed up  . Following will happen when you messed up or corrupted your device

•  It may enter  bootloop or just may not start. ,
•  your apps and data might all be lost .

REQUIREMENTS :

• ROOTED DEVICE
• LATEST CUSTOM RECOVERY 

STEPS TO PERFORM NANDROID BACKUP :

• Turn you phone off
• hold VOLUME DOWN BUTTON and PRESS HOME BUTTON (for few devices should press home key instead volume down key)
• (ALTERNATIVE METHOD : long press power key and reboot your device into recovery)
• Goto RECOVERY MODE 
• you will see 7 options , one among them is backup and restore . click it (using power key)
• click backup (device will make a backup of you device )

NOTE :

• USE VOLUME KEYS TO MOVE UP AND DOWN AND FOR SELECTION USE POWER KEY 
• Once you reboot, you can see the backup  in the ‘clockworkmod/backup/timestamp(ie)YYYYMMDD format  ’ directory on your SD card
• Need to save the backup file in the pc or in the drop box for the future use 
• can also perform backup using rom manager.
