Nokia launches new ASHA series phones

Nokia has launched new Asha series devices 305, 306 and 311. All the three devices deliver a smartphone like experience.

The 305 and 306 feature 

• a 3.0-inch resistive display with a WVGA resolution, 
• 2-MP camera, a FM radio, 
• GPRS and EDGE connectivity, 
• Nokia Maps and will be available in Silver White, Red, Mid Blue and Dark Grey colors. 
• will also have the Nokia Browser 2.0 that uses proprietary technology to cut down data usage by 90 percent while browsing.

The Nokia 311 features

•  3- inch capacitive display scratch resistant display, 
•  3.2 megapixel camera, 
•  Wireless LAN, 
• 1GHz processor
•  FM Radio, Internet Radio,
•  HSPA connectivity, 
• Nokia Maps, Nokia Life and Nokia Browser 2.0.

The Asha 311 will be available in Dark Grey, Rose Red, Blue, Brown and Sand White colors and Nokia will preload the device with 40 free EA games and 15 levels Angry Birds and 305 will be available in Q2 of 2012 while the 306 and the 3011 come in Q3 of 212,
Asha 305 costing around Rs 4,730, the Asha 306 costing around Rs 5,175 and the Asha 311 costing Rs 6,733.
