Specifications :

• will come with Android 2.3.5 Gingerbread at launch
• will be built around a 4.3" LCD display of HD resolution (1280 x 720 pixels). 
• The 12 megapixel camera with FullHD video recording was also confirmed
•  The rumored Snapdragon chipset featuring a couple of 1.5GHz Scorpion cores and the Adreno 220 GPU. 
• HDMI port( so sharing 1080p content with HDTV )
• 16GB or 32GB of onboard storage(there will be no sd card slot)
• The ARC HD will come  atleast 1GB of RAM  for the multitasking
• Handset will be using microSIM slot
• Battery will be non-removable
